Hoyson automotive always goes above and beyond to get my cars problems fixed. I love that they do a co.plete inspection to diagnose potential future problems. Would highly recommend them for all your cars needs. Plus my car was washed when I picked it up.

Took my truck to Hoyson to have some parts put on. They went the extra mile to ensure what I wanted wouldnt cause damage and when I got my truck back I was completely satisfied. These guys do excellent work and do more than just repairs. 5 stars. Thank you Hoyson!

They did an excellent job on fixing my AC in my car. They were upfront with the charges and when it was going to require more money they let me know what it was for. They kept me up to date and never left me wondering when I was going to get my car. Also there was not a long wait to get my car repaired.

Casey Nelson As a fellow female shop owner and mechanic in this community, I feel it is important to provide a professional perspective regarding the service at Hoyson Auto Care. I am notoriously picky about who I allow to touch my customers' vehicles. I choose to collaborate with Hoyson Auto Care specifically because their meticulous, high-end repair standards are the only ones in this area that match the caliber of service I provide at my own shop. In our industry, an 'engine-saving' recommendation for a high-performance vehicle like an Alfa Romeo isn't an 'upsell'—it is a standard of care for longevity. I know firsthand that this team prides itself on walking every customer through the technical details of their service to help them better understand the 'why' behind a recommendation. When a shop points out issues like broken plugs or disconnected hoses—which are often the result of wear or improper previous repairs—they are providing the transparency that high-end owners should expect. Regarding the part sourcing, it’s important to understand that while dealerships have proprietary access to certain Italian components, an independent shop will often exhaust their own network

I recently took my Alfa Romeo to this shop based on their strong reviews, expecting a trustworthy experience. I went in for a oil change, and during the visit, I was strongly advised to approve an additional “engine-saving” flush service. While my vehicle was there, I also mentioned needing a specific part, and the shop assured me they could source it. However, the experience quickly went downhill. After picking up my car, an engine light came on almost immediately. When I contacted the shop, I was told they “didn’t touch the engine,” which was both dismissive and inaccurate. Upon further inspection, it became clear that a hose had not been properly reconnected, and an assembly plug had been broken during service—something that was never disclosed to me, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I received a call a week later stating they were unable to locate the part they had promised to find. Meanwhile, I was able to order and receive the same part directly from an Alfa Romeo dealership within a day. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I brought my car in for maintenance and left with additional problems and no accountability from the shop. As a cust
